All the attendees and delegates must register in advance in order to participate in conference activities. We recommend you to proceed to your online registration before the deadline to leave yourself plenty of time to prepare for your participation.

Registration Fees and Deadlines

Each registration enables publication of only one paper and participation of only one delegate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person.

Each registration covers the publication of only one paper and entitles only one author to attend the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to and received by September 30, 2024. No refund will be provided after this date. Please note there will be 30% of the registration fee deducted from each refund.
